Little Bird Boutique Return Policy

We want you to love what you purchase from us! If it’s not quite right, here’s how returns are handled:

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 1–14 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment..

  • 15 to 30 days: returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • After 30 days: Returns are not accepted.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and a receipt is required

Online Orders / Shipped Purchases

  • Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of the original order date for a refund to the original form of payment.

  • Returns received after 30 days from the purchase date are not automatically accepted and will be eligible for store credit only.  

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Permanent Markdowns (clearance items) are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Jewelry & Apothecary: These are Final Sale due to hygiene and safety regulations. Only defective Jewelry and Apothecary items will be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Gift Cards: Not returnable or redeemable for cash.

Promotional Sales

  • Items purchased with temporary promotions or discount codes (e.g., seasonal sales, flash sales) are returnable if they meet our return window and condition standards.

  • Returns will be processed at the price paid, not the current or original price.

  • Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase remain non-returnable, even if their price increases later.

How to Submit a Return Request

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log in to your account

    • Enter your email address and click Continue.

    • Check your email for a six-digit verification code.

    • Enter the code on the login page to access your account.

  2. Select your order

    • Click on the order you’d like to return.

    • If the order has multiple items, choose the specific item(s) you want to return.

  3. Complete the return request

    • Select a reason for your return.

    • Add a note if you'd like to include any additional details.

    • Click Request Return.

  4. Wait for return approval

    • You’ll receive an email once your return is approved.

  5. Ship your return

    • Once approved, please mail your return to the address below.

    • Be sure to include your name and order number inside the package:
