Shipping policy

Flat Rate Shipping:
The Little Bird Boutique provides $9.00 flat-rate shipping to customers.  

Shipping Liability Notice:
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider directly for issues once a package is marked as delivered. We’re happy to assist with tracking or claims if needed.  

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving item(s). If there are questions or concerns please email to info@thelittlebirdboutique.com.
